Katadyn Water Filter

Just got the filter last week and I couldn’t activate it per the directions. I borrowed a friend’s katadyn pump to get it started and that seemed to work. But it’s not working like I want it to. The water flow seems really slow and I suspect the bubbles indicate something is wrong with the filter. Been trying to get in touch with Brian but he must be on the trail somewhere. I’m sure he’ll get back to me soon
