use it with the steri-pen and u got your cleaner water for drinking and use the rest clean water for other things cooking,cleaning the filter itself ect.I think they are perfect together.Now all we need some charging device that can charge batteries.Btw,thanks for all of these vids Dave

It doesn’t actually kill anything; the filter element openings are smaller than than the diameter of a single celled bacteria so they don’t make it through to the collection vessel. It WILL NOT filter viruses; viruses have a smaller diameter than cells by a factor of 10. However, viruses cannot survive in the open; they rely on a host so if you can filter out the host, you can filter out the viral infection.
