TAD Gear FAST PACK EDC Get Home Bag + Bug Out Bag by 20$Bandit

I have had the Triple Aught Design FAST pack EDC now for about (4) months and have used it every day as my “Get Home Bag” as I often work far from home. I have also taken it out on a few desert trips and a hiking trip with friends, the pack is ROCK SOLID! The design characteristics and attention to detail are amazing. It is rated at 2900 cubes but seems much larger. It has ample organization / admin space, nice exterior bulk pockets, a large single interior double zippered space and straps a plenty for lashing items to the pack such as sleeping bags/ pads, lightweight tents, tools, fishing rods and rifles. The pack actually has a drop down PALS(Pouch Attachment Ladder System) covered butt stock pouch so that you can drop in your AR and lash it to the pack when rough climbing or hiking are in your path. The 1000 denier Cordura Multicam fabric used is very tough and does not show wear at all after many treks. The padding in the shoulder straps, waist belt and back of the pack are above standard and provide ample air circulation for my needs. I have purchased many of the TAD pouches to go with the pack which further dial in the pack’s usefulness and allow for quick access to your daily use items, like batteries, NAV kit and other small items.
I have the bag stocked based on the 10 C’s of survival and of course a few more modern items. The list is broken down as follows:
Cutting Tool: RAT-6 Ontario/ ESEE + Spyderco Resiliance
Combustion: Ultimate Survival Technologies Ultimate Survival Sparkie and Trioxane fuel bars
Cordage: 550 paracord (150 feet)
Container (For Water Storage): Platypus 2 Liter flexible water container
Cargo: TAD Gear FAST pack EDC 2900ci pack
Compass: Military issue compass and Garmin Foretrex 401 GPS unit
Cover: Mountain Hardware Lightwedge 2 (Stored in my truck)
Candle: Fenix TK35 and Surefire P2X Fury
Combination Tool: Leatherman MUT and Leatherman Wave
Cloth (for filtering water): Katadyn Hiker pro microfilter (Modern Day Cloth)
Pretty much everything else are just bonus items I will feel more comfortable with having and depending on the situation can be ditched for weight purposes. My KIT is designed for evasion not walking down the road to get home thus the Multicam theme as I suspect that there will be some crazy going down if I have to use the system to get home. I also carry my Glock 19 9mm and about 45 rounds (3) magazines, if I need more they should be pretty easy to find.
